2005
Old Vine Zinfandel
When we say “old
vine” we really mean it. Many of our Zinfandel
vines have borne fruit for more than a century. Our Old
Vine Zinfandel is grown in the heart of the Dry Creek Valley’s
eastern bench land. This big spicy wine is harvested by
hand from select vines in the family’s oldest block
of vines.
Tasting Notes
11 percent old clone Petite Sirah added. 20 percent of
the wine is aged for 10 months in new American oak barrels,
and bottle-aged for 12 months. 15.5 percent alcohol.
294 cases produced.

2005
Cabernet Sauvignon
A classic “Big Cab,” our 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
is grown on our Home Ranch. The vines are located in the
farthest block on the eastern bench, nearest the foothills,
and the wine’s rich flavor reflects the low-yields
from those rocky, clay soils.
